Fujifilm XF 35mm f/2.0 R WR (mount: Fujifilm X) (color: black)

The new "FUJINON XF 35mm F2 R WR from Fujifilm is a compact and weather-sealed fixed focal length for the mirrorless system cameras of the X series. The new standard Lenses in the XF lens series has a focal length of 35mm (53mm equivalent to KB) and thus offers an angle of view similar to the human eye. The maximum aperture of F2 ensures excellent image quality even in difficult lighting conditions and delivers beautiful bokeh.

First-class image quality and fast autofocus

The "FUJINON XF35mmF2 R WR" consists of 9 elements in 6 groups (including two aspherical lenses). This optical construction achieves a perfect balance between high image quality and compact size. The Lenses has the smallest diameter of all FUJINON XF and XC Lenses. The "internal focus system", which moves the small and lightweight lens elements, in combination with a stepping motor, enables quiet, accurate and fast autofocus. The autofocus speed of just 0.08 seconds is ideal for spontaneous Schnappschuss shots.

The "XF35mmF2 R WR" is sealed at 8 points. This makes the Lenses both splash-proof and dust-proof. It is also optimized for operation at low temperatures down to minus 10 degrees.

Very light and compact

With a weight of 170 grams, the "FUJINON XF35mmF2 R WR" is very light and also extremely compact with a length of 45.9 millimeters and a diameter of 60 millimeters. The fixed focal length can be optimally operated and is perfectly suited for portrait, street or reportage photography

Two different lens hoods

Two different lens hoods are available for the FUJINON XF35mmF2 R WR. A lightweight, compact and circular lens hood is included in the scope of delivery. The high-quality and elegant LH-XF35-2 lens hood is made of metal and is available as an optional accessory. The lens cover can be used without restriction with both lens hoods.

Unterschätzt
Klein, leicht, leiser und schneller AF (für Fuji), sehr schönes Farbrendering und vor allem wie ich finde ein wunderschönes Bokeh, was man bei dieser Blende gar nicht so erwarten würde, für einen relativ günstigen Preis ein wirklich tolles 50er

guter Begleiter
Ich habe mir das "f2.0 Set" aus 23mm, 35mm und 50mm gekauft als Start meines Kits mit der Fuji X-T5. Hier mein gesammelter Eindruck. Kurzum: Die Linsen sind für den Preis alle sehr gut.
- Die Gehäuse sind kompakt, wertig, haben Blendenring und Wetterschutz
- Bildqualität ist auf etwa einheitlichem Niveau. Bei Offenblende je nach Anspruch gut bis sehr gut. Bei f2.8-4 sehr gut bis ausgezeichnet. Bei f4-5.6 sollte jeder zufrieden sein können.
- Autofokus ist sehr zügig, das Tracking ist Fuji-typisch bei schnellen Objekten zu träge. Normale Bewegungen von Menschen sind gut machbar. Bei hektischen Szenen z.B. mit Kindern oder Hunden braucht man Glück oder Geduld. Je länger die Brennweite und je offener die Blende, umso schwieriger natürlich.
- Die Naheinstellgrenzen sind okay, da der Crop Faktor ja noch ein bisschen mithilft, aber Makros kann man ohne Zwischenringe nicht erwarten. Die Qualität ist im Nahfeld auch nicht mehr so stark und braucht ggf. Abblenden auf f4-f8, je nach Anspruch
- Fuji korrigiert Vignette und Verzeichnung ganz gern per Profile und nicht optisch. Das macht die Linsen vermutlich kompakter und günstiger, hat aber auch zur Folge, dass das Rauschen am Bildrand bei kritischen ISO-Werte noch stärker wird und die Pixel am Rand durch die Verzeichnungskorrektur auseinandergezogen werden.
- Das 35mm ist das kompakteste und mein Favorit, wenn ich nur eine Linse dabeihaben will.
- Das 23mm und 50mm geben ein gutes Paar ab, wenn man kompakt bleiben will, aber leichtes Weitwinkel und leichtes Tele abdecken möchte.
- Das 50mm f2 ist optisch noch ein Stückchen schärfer und kann mit Zwischenringen gut als Makro eingesetzt werden. Es hat allerdings auch den am stärksten ausgeprägten Farblängsfehler (LoCa, "Boke Fringing"). Wer hier allergisch reagiert, muss entweder abblenden oder bei der Motivwahl etwas bewusster vorgehen. Für das kompakte Set finde ich das 50mm f2 leider etwas groß. Da gibt es Spiegelreflexlinsen für das Vollformat, die kompakter sind als diese APS-C Linse.
