Please provide the following information:
- which appliances you would like to have valued
- which accessories are included (battery*, charger*, front cover etc.) *requirement
- what the condition is like (optional: also with photos) Please feel free to use this list for orientation
- which new products you would like to buy OR whether you are interested in a payout or a credit to your customer account

Our exchange experts will determine an offer and send it to you by e-mail. If you are happy with it, please send your old equipment well packaged to:

FINAL CHECK & CONCLUSION
When the equipment is on site, we will carry out a final check for functionality, defects, etc. If our offer price remains unchanged, we will refund/offset the amount. If we have to adjust the offer, we will contact you.

If you want to sell your old camera, Lens or similar, you are also welcome to come to our D?sseldorf store. Just bring your old equipment with you and we'll make you an offer on the spot.
